About Us
We are a team of healthcare and wellness professionals dedicated to the practice and delivery of evidence-based Mindfulness. We are dedicated to our practices and believe mindfulness meditation has enhanced our personal and professional lives.
Our team is highly trained, along with many registered with college regulated professionals. We are committed to whole-person health, including the mind, brain, body, behaviour and relationships with others.
Our team comes from a wide range of educational backgrounds and lived experiences, making Mindful Switch a diverse collective of expertise.
Meditating with like minded individuals can bring a sense of connection and joy, help you start a meditation practice, and keep it going. Our classes and programs are live, and allow participants to interact with one another and share their weekly meditation experiences in safe spaces that allow for curious and non-judgemental exploration.
