About the Program

Mindful Self Compassion (MSC) is an 8-week experiential program that supports individuals who wish to integrate self-compassion and kindness into their lives.
Duration
MSC is typically an 8-week program, with weekly sessions lasting 2.5 hours.
Retreat
Often, the program includes a day-long silent retreat (4 hours), where participants engage in intensive mindfulness practices.
Instructor
MSC is led by a trained MSC professional who guides the practices and discussions.
